A hotel on the peak. Good service. Good rooms. I think the dining room is too small. There was one evening someone came to clear the table for us while we were eating. We are very upset. Because other guests were standing at the table eating food we were eating and waiting for us to finish. And the waiter told them to wait here for them to finish eating. So we didn't even have time to eat desserts.

Everything was excellent. My whole family enjoyed it very much. We hope and want, with God's help, to return there next year for Passover. There were 24 of us. A huge thank you to all the staff members who worked hard to make everyone happy.

On all those days the hotel had no room service, the food on the eve of the holiday was perfectly fine, but on the other days the food was not changed at all all week, the same food was cold and cold

It's a shame that the beds, the mattresses were not comfortable. And for another adult in the room, a folding armchair, really inappropriate and uncomfortable. Too bad. I commented on this at the reception, but unfortunately my request was not answered

Everything was as expected. Apart from the fact that we arrived at the hotel we were told at reception that the rooms are only delivered after 18:00 because it is Saturday. We of course no one informed about it and it really disappointed us of course after explanations and things we got room 1 out of 4 and this is after we declared to them that we have a child if special needs it should be noted that we try very hard not to use a disability certificate. Note to the hotel management You must immediately do mosquito / insect spraying. You have done such a nice renovation and maintained the level of the hotel. I must point out that the hotel has done a facelift for the best since the last time I stayed in 2019.

The food is very good, the staff tries to help and is fine. The place is outdated and not well maintained. The cleanliness is of a low standard and the cleaning is very overlapping. Too bad the location and food are good. With a little effort on maintenance and cleaning it is possible to get a decent value for the price

For a 3 star hotel it rises above and beyond the expectations of the hotel staff is charming and welcoming we got the rooms early in the banker and the attitude was pleasant throughout the stay only there was no balcony in the rooms..the food is delicious, the hotel is clean. We enjoyed very good value for money

In relation to the price the hotel is very nice. Balcony or garden for each room. The food was better than expected, there is some entertainment, convenient location. Just a pity that a pool is open from 10 to 18 and a kids club is open a few hours

למרות חששות, בגלל המחיר הנמוך יחסית וכמה חוות דעת לא מחמיאות, הופתענו לטובה כמעט בכל הפרמטרים. חדרים קטנים אך נעימים, נקיון ושרות מצויינים, אוכל טוב, יחסית לאוכל תעשייתי בכמות גדולה וסדר מופתי. תמורה מצויינת לכסף.

No. We are quite satisfied with their stay. The food was excellent, the room was clean. Small Notes: All electricity sockets are located in inconvenient places. There was not even one socket to recharge bedside phone. Bathroom hard to shower without even squirt some water on the floor because curtain uncomfortable. Generally thank you for everything

Most rooms before Sifntz they look horrors Depp ours was on the couch and immediately switched us to a room refurbished. These refurbished worthy of 5 stars, but the level of maintenance needs to be improved. Connections of silicon in the shower turned yellow and disgusting. Of rubber bands worn shower head, shower head swinging and fixed height is 1.90 and strange, like the head of a tall person rubbing it. Used shampoo packets were shower. Besides amazing room and very pleasant. Another strange thing, there is no elevator in most buildings, except for one which is problematic for older people and those with babies and strollers. Courteous staff, especially at reception. A guy named Yuri, gave proper service international hotel. In summary, the hotel has incredible potential that must attention from the owner to the small details and special emphasis level of cleanliness.

Good hotel location. To 17:30 did not put us in rooms that are not ready today we reached the hotel at about 16:00 left us out there about an hour and a half without apology. There are parking problems, the rooms have coffee but only with a glass Although commissioned Room 3 pair of kid.
